Return Policy:

Due to the nature of our busines we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns. Our products are specially made for each and every client and there fore we are unable to reuse the materials. Because of this we can not offer a refund or accept returns. Once your item has been placed we can not cancel. Once your proof has been approved we can not change it. If there is a problem with our work then we will gladly fix the problem. Just email use at customerservice@jessicascustominvitations.biz and we will get right on that. Our customer satisfaction is our highest priority.

Shipping policy:

Once we receive the order we will email you shortly with a proof and you will have to accept it or make changes then. Once we get the ok to move on we will then start the production. Production could take anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on the quantity. Once finished you should get a confirmation email that they are shipping out and you should receive them within a week for standard postal service.
